Count on us when it matters most

At Hill Pest Control, we recognize that homeowners have several options when deciding which pest control company to use. We also recognize that for most people it is a matter of when – not if – professional pest management will be necessary. In reality, hardly any homes or business establishments are completely free of unwanted pests. We live in a very diverse ecosystem and share space with countless species of insects, rodents, birds, amphibians and other organisms, and we interact with them constantly in ways we don’t even realize. It’s when unwanted invaders lay claim to our homes or businesses that they become a problem – even posing a risk to our health and safety and, sometimes, the very structural integrity of the buildings in which we live or work. With so much at stake, it is imperative to deal with unwanted pest activity quickly and effectively, and that’s where we come in!

What Sets Us Apart?

When you’re in need of a professional solution, comparing companies is essential. And contrary to what many people assume, pest control companies are not all the same and will not all produce identical results. So, what makes Hill Pest Control different from the other companies you could choose to work with?

Knowledge & The Extra Mile

We’re accustomed to doing the hard work many pest management professionals avoid.
We partner with the top rated property inspection company in the area, Hill Property Inspections, and have extensive knowledge of how homes are constructed and what conditions are conducive for the myriad of pests you may encounter, beyond simply knowing how to treat for them. We’re accustomed to doing the hard work many pest management professionals avoid, like crawling through dirty crawlspaces and hot attics, to identify potential entry points, nesting locations, signs of current or prior pest activity and other conditions that could help to formulate an effective and lasting treatment plan. This approach takes more time, but we’re confident you’ll agree that the results are worth every extra second.

Written Reports

We provide you with a detailed, written report of our findings.
We provide you with a detailed, written report of our findings immediately after your initial consultation, which includes photos, example illustrations, important tips and helpful information. We do this because thorough pest management is best achieved when homeowners are equipped with basic knowledge and skills they can use to their advantage, in addition to the periodic treatments we provide. Having our findings in writing and close by also removes any guesswork on your part, making your life easier and the reasons for your treatment plan more clear. We also track your report over time and update it as necessary in order to stay current and up-to-date with your specialized treatment plan.

A True Local Company

We keep our primary service area relatively small to focus on our neighbors.
We feel confident in claiming that we are the only company in the area that can truly call itself “local” in every sense of the word. We keep our primary service area relatively small to focus on our neighbors and provide the fastest and most efficient service possible. When you call us, you won’t speak to a different person each time or have to worry that your call won’t be answered or returned quickly. You also won’t have to wait long for treatment, and you can rest assured that we will be at your home or business promptly if any unexpected issues arise between scheduled maintenance treatments. In short, we live and work in our service area, and our clients come to know us on a personal level that extends beyond our professional relationship. Our owner, Steve, is also available to speak with our valued clients any time and at no additional cost.

Simplicity

We keep things simple by offering clear and customized packages tailored to each client and their unique needs.
We keep things simple by offering clear and customized packages tailored to each client and their unique needs. We promote the same general maintenance plan to all clients (because it is highly effective and controls countless insects and other pests), but we tackle additional pest problems as needed on a case-by-case basis. We also offer simple payment plans to allow services to be budgeted and paid for on a monthly basis, keeping treatment programs easy to monitor and affordable; and since we are a small company with minimal overhead, we are able to keep our fees low while providing more than our competitors.

Honesty & Integrity

At HPC, we pride ourselves on being completely honest with our clients about the pest problems they do (or don’t) actually have.
Like most professions, the pest control industry is unfortunately prone to dishonesty, as some technicians are trained to paint a “gloom and doom” picture to every home or business owner in an effort to get as much business as possible. At HPC, we pride ourselves on being completely honest with our clients about the pest problems they do (or don’t) actually have, and we tailor our treatments to solve real issues in the most unintrusive, cost-effective and safe way possible. We fully understand that the road to success is paved by doing right by our customers and that trust is earned and proven by results. We demonstrate this by thoroughly reviewing our findings and plans with each client so there are no surprises or questions along the way. We will never recommend or perform a treatment without first proving the reasons to you and obtaining your full agreement based on our clear findings.

The Latest Technology

We use the most current and cutting edge technology to inspect and treat as part of our integrated pest management (IPM) approach.
Last but not least, we use the most current and cutting edge technology to inspect and treat as part of our integrated pest management (IPM) approach. Thermal imaging (infrared) cameras give us an extra set of eyes into concealed spaces to not only identify rodents or other wildlife, but to spot conducive conditions for their presence or concealed damage that may otherwise go unnoticed. The use of drones helps us to thoroughly inspect high and steep roofs and gutters, as well as terrain conditions surrounding properties, to provide us with a more complete picture. Moisture meters and humidity testing allow us to identify areas or components that are prone to damage or to becoming nesting locations. All of our equipment is best-in-class and has stood the test of time in the industry, ensuring dependability in the field and proper application of products, as well as THE best and most comprehensive service anyone could hope for.
